1.5 cl Single Malt Whisky
0.5 cl Rhubarb Liqueur
0.25 cl Digestive Liqueur
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

– Stir all without ice
– Age in Oak Barrel Flask for 6 days
– Pour into a chilled coupe over a large rock ice
– Let it settle for a wee moment
– Give it a gentle stir
– Express and discard orange zest
– Garnish dehydrated orange wheel and enjoy
