Our cellar master has created a unique blend, made from several precious casks from only the best rum distilleries in the West Indies and Central America.

Riised Ernest Hemingway

50ml Copenhagen 1888
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
30ml pink grapefruit juice
20ml Luxardo Maraschino liquor
10ml simple sugar

Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Decorate with a Maraschino cherry.

The Legacy of gold

60 ml Gold Medal XO
10 ml Red Vermouth
10 ml Aperol
7.5 ml Coffee liqueur
Dash Chocolate bitters

- Pour all ingredients to a mixing glass together with ice
- Stir until perfect dilution is obtained
- Strain into a chilled glass with a rock of ice
- Garnish with orange peel, orange chocolate and flamed orange zest

6 cl Gold Medal XO
1.0 cl Raspberry & Rose Syrup
0.5 cl Rhubarb Liqueur
2 Dashes Vanilla Bitters

- Stir with lots of Love and Patience with plenty of ice
- Strain over a large cube
- Squeeze a lemon zest over the drink and discard garnish
