A. H. Riise participated in the great Nordic Exhibition in Copenhagen in 1888. His products were showcased in the West Indian pavilion and he was awarded a medal for winning the category. Our cellar master has created a unique blend, made from several precious casks from only the best rum distilleries in the West Indies and Central America.

60 ml Gold Medal XO
10 ml Red Vermouth
10 ml Aperol
7.5 ml Coffee liqueur
Dash Chocolate bitters
- Pour all ingredients to a mixing glass together with ice
- Stir until perfect dilution is obtained
- Strain into a chilled glass with a rock of ice
- Garnish with orange peel, orange chocolate and flamed orange zest

0.5 cl Rhubarb Liqueur
2 Dashes Vanilla Bitters
- Stir with lots of Love and Patience with plenty of ice
- Strain over a large cube
- Squeeze a lemon zest over the drink and discard garnish
